Returns are for exchange only. We will be happy to work with you in order to get the correct item.
Please contact customer service within one week of receiving your products if you wish to exchange.
All products must not be worn in order to be exchanged and must be in original packaging. Customer pays the shipping to return and Baumondi will ship the new item on us.
Baumondi takes exceptional pride in its craftsmanship. If for any reason your sneaker bug has a defect or becomes damaged (not typical wear and tear) within a one year period, please contact customer service and we will make arrangements for replacement.
